[Digging Up The Past]

+ First of all, rather impressive to do it in one take. I think the piece is at its strongest when you were letting notes ring, then dampening them to focus in on the melody.
- The intro feels a little stiff. The ending is a bit abrupt.

[AIM - sweetheart]

+ The melodies and ambient parts were very pleasant to listen to. I love how the melody progressed throughout the piece. The intro sequence was beautiful, if not a little cliched. I love that you return to the birds to close out the song.
- The sound of the percussion absolutely takes me out of it. The overly effected kick’s sound is especially egregious. Maybe try to make the drums sound less like MIDI and more natural.

+ Pleasant sounding track. It captures the “spooky” essence pretty well.
- It lacks direction. It sounds more like a demo for the sounds used rather than a complete track.

+ Amazing work with the guitar. You absolutely killed it with those soloes. I really liked the opening guitar riff— it’s very satisfying to listen to.
- I didn’t care much for the string orchestral bits with the subtle guitar part (0:11). The chorus at 0:45 just kills the momentum of the song for me.

+ Masterful use of atmosphere and sound design. The four main “sections” are all gorgeous.
- The sections feel disconnected—I would have preferred some sort of resolution that ties it all together.

[Overdone (ft. Kairii)]

+ It’s got a beautiful sound, and I love the bass riff about halfway thru. Well-structured, and the perfect length.
- The calm sound clashes with the fast tempo— and it doesn’t evoke any particular emotions out of me. The ending flourish is too loud compared to the rest of the piece.

wow! uploaded only a minute ago and the first review is already here. i didn't really try to do a particular emotion with this song other than just a calm feeling, to see what I could do. and that flourish is loud, i left it in cause i am lazy......
